Elected Members to sign Declarations of Acceptance of Office. This was done.

2.

To elect a Chairman.

Proposed by Sally Adams. Seconded by Martin Ridgeway.

Paul Turner was elected as Chairman.

Chairman to sign Declaration of Acceptance of Office. This was done.

The meeting closed at 7.34pm.
